In 2019 I did a series of interviews for UK Health Radio with some inspirational people who have changed their lives.<\/span><\/h4>\n

Most of my guests were in recovery from addiction, but not exclusively. There were people with mental health problems, and other life issues.<\/span>
\nAs music is an important part of my life, my guests chose three pieces of music that have been significant in their lives.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tricia Dee<\/strong> has had a rich and diverse life. She is 93 years old, and has Been a member of Al-anon for 60 years. She was a delegate to the World Service conference in New York\u2026.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Reg Starkey<\/strong> lives a colourful and creative life. A alcohol and gambling addiction nearly destroyed him.
