Thank you for coming to see us yesterday, from conversations I have had
\nwith my colleagues all thoroughly enjoyed what you had to say and the
\nway you presented it through both music and chat. \u00a0Most said they felt
\nemotional at the end which I believe shows how genuine and powerful the
\nmessage you shared was.<\/p>\n
My colleague Ben who is in recovery said, it reminded him of the best
\nmeetings he attended and you had inspired him to want to share back.
\nJulie one of the Nurses said that, she had found it inspirational and it
\nreminded her of why she does this work. Gemma said the emotion she felt
\nhighlighted that the connection you feel when you attend meetings and
\nsomeone’s share helps you realise you are not alone. Terry said he found
\nit very pertinent and thought provoking especially the Johnny Cash tune.
\nThe clients you spoke to also said the had been inspired by your stories
\nand it gives them hope going forward that recovery can be long term,
\nwhich is something that seems hard to grasp when in early recovery.
\nThese are just a few examples of the positive feedback from your visit
\nyesterday.<\/p>\n
On a personal note, the way you delivered your message with positivity
\nand humour shows that recovery is something you can enjoy. It is the way
\nI like to work as I believe that the more attractive that recovery looks
\nin the nicest sense, the easier it is to sell. Once again thank you for
\nyesterday and I hope we can do something again.<\/p>\n
